  • Clients hiring for roles: if you apply for a job or join our candidate pool, we may share your CV and application details with clients who are hiring for roles that match your profile. Tell us if you would like us to check with you before sharing your details with a specific client.

  • Public job postings: we only show a candidate's contact information publicly if the candidate has ticked the box agreeing to it.

  • Service providers: companies that host our website, store data, send email, and provide analytics, such as Google and Microsoft. They may only use your information to provide services to us.

  • Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
